About us
In 1948 Aurelio, Nando and Luciano Cucchi founded the first nucleus of the company in Reggio Emilia in a particularly industrious & busy area, with the skills acquired and spread throughout the territory thanks to the industrial complex of OFFICINE MECCANICHE REGGIANE where airplane parts were also produced.
At the beginning they mainly dealt with the reconstruction of machine tools damaged during the Second World War, giving them a second life and making them available again to local companies that reappeared after the Second World War mainly in agricultural mechanics.
In a short time, thanks to the experiences and skills of the three brothers, the workshop established itself in its sector of expertise and starting from the 1960s it moved from reconstruction to the overhaul of used machinery, expanding until it conquered the international market in the early 1970s.
In the 1980s it took the name CUCCHI S.p.A. MACHINE TOOLS and is mainly dedicated to machinery for gear processing, heavy vertical turning and internal and external grinding of various sizes, light and heavy.
Since 2000 it has definitively passed under the direction of his sons who continue, together with a highly specialized and qualified staff, to carry forward the company’s mission: the overhaul and trade of machine tools, further expanding the warehouses.
Currently, in addition to the historic headquarters where the interventions are carried out, it has large warehouses with a wide choice where it is possible to find a vast assortment of production machines from the best international manufacturers and further selected for reliability.
CUCCHI S.p.A. it also offers its customers a vast assortment of spare parts for the machinery marketed.

Chi siamo
Nel 1948 Aurelio, Nando e Luciano Cucchi fondano il primo nucleo dell’azienda a Reggio Emilia in un tessuto particolarmente operoso, con le competenze acquisite e diffuse nel territorio grazie al complesso industriale delle OFFICINE MECCANICHE REGGIANE dove venivano prodotte anche parti di aereo.
Agli albori si occupano principalmente della ricostruzione di macchine utensili danneggiate durante il secondo conflitto mondiale dando loro una seconda vita e immettendole nuovamente a disposizione delle aziende locali che si riaffacciavano dopo la seconda guerra mondiale prevalentemente nella meccanica agricola.
In breve tempo, grazie alle esperienze e abilità dei tre fratelli, l’officina si afferma nel suo settore di competenza e a partire dagli anni ‘60 passa dalla ricostruzione alla revisione dell’usato, espandendosi fino a conquistarsi il mercato internazionale nei primi anni ‘70. Negli anni ‘80 assume denominazione CUCCHI S.p.A. MACCHINE UTENSILI e si dedica principalmente al macchinario per la lavorazione degli ingranaggi, tornitura pesante verticale e rettifica di interni ed esterni di varie dimensioni, leggere e pesanti.
Dal 2000 passa definitivamente sotto la direzione dei figli che proseguono insieme ad uno staff altamente specializzato e qualificato di portare avanti la mission dell’azienda: la revisione e il commercio di macchine utensili, ampliando ulteriormente i magazzini.
Attualmente oltre alla storica sede dove vengono effettuati gli interventi, dispone di magazzini di notevole superficie con ampia scelta dov’è possibile trovare un vasto assortimento di macchine da produzione dei migliori produttori internazionali e ulteriormente selezionate per affidabilità .
CUCCHI S.p.A. inoltre mette a disposizione dei suoi clienti un vasto assortimento di ricambi relativi ai macchinari commercializzati.
